Itās not about being perfect or always positive. Mental fitness is more like mental strengthāit helps you ride the waves of life, reset when youāre overwhelmed, and come back to yourself when things feel off.
Think of it like this: you wouldnāt expect your body to feel good without movement, rest, or good food. Your mindās the same. It needs habits that support you emotionally, mentally, and even physically.

Iām definitely not perfect at it, but hereās a few things I come back to when I know I need a reset:
āļø Walks in the fresh air ā Especially if I can feel the sun on my face or hear birds. It clears the noise in my head.
ā A solo coffee ā Not scrolling, not chatting. Just being with my thoughts. Even 10 minutes can help me reset.
š§š½ Infrared sauna sessions ā This oneās big for me. I find itās like hitting the reset button for my body and mind. I sweat out stress, give myself time to be still, and always leave feeling clearer. (If you havenāt tried the one here at the salon, I canāt recommend it enough.)
šÆ Catching up with people who lift me ā I love a real, honest conversation. The kind where you laugh, vent, and feel seen. We all need those.

Even things like brushing your hair slowly, having a warm shower without rushing, or applying your favourite hair mask can be part of this. When you treat yourself with care, your mind notices.
